PERSONALIZED TREATMENT

To ensure the quality of your stay, our representative will personally guide you through a tour, assist you in navigating our amenities, and be available to address any needs you may have throughout your stay.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION

Health safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

PETS ARE ALLOWED

FEE is $100 per Pet. We love those little furry bundles of joy.

Pool Heating

Pool Heating fee is $100 per day. The fee must be paid 24 h in advance.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No additional overnight guests are allowed. Partying is strictly prohibited. Your reservation will be canceled without a refund, and your stay will be negatively impacted. We have third-party security in place that will remove all guests from the property if necessary.

NOISE REGULATIONS & QUITE TIME

The City of Las Vegas has very strict noice regulations. No outdoor music/noise is allowed after 10pm. Music must be fully contained within the proper at all times.

Quite time is between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you must be outside after 10 pm, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices.
