★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS ARE ALLOWED ★

Fee is $100 per Pet. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy.

★POOL HEATING ★

Pool heating is $100 per day. The fee needs to be paid 24 h in advance. Pool services are scheduled for every Monday and Wednesday morning. The pool technician will leave discreetly and unnoticed.

★BABY CRIB, HIGH CHAIR ★

We offer a crib, high chair, bath, and dining utensils for infants.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No additional overnight guests are allowed at night. Partying is not allowed.

★ NOISE REGULATIONS & QUIET TIME ★

The City of Palm Springs has very strict noise regulations. No outdoor music/noise is allowed at any time. Music must be fully contained within the property at all times.

Quiet time is between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices.
